Service Terms  

By using the services provided by Sock It To Me Laundry, you agree to the following terms and conditions:  
 

All garments are handled with reasonable care to maintain quality. However, Sock It To Me Laundry is not responsible for damages caused by manufacturer defects, weak fabrics, or pre-existing conditions (e.g., discoloration, tears, stains, or shrinkage). 

 Customers are responsible for reviewing and inspecting their garments prior to drop-off. Any special care instructions must be clearly communicated to our staff.  

Liability Disclaimer

Sock It To Me Laundry will not be held liable for items lost or damaged due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, power outages, or equipment malfunctions.  

In cases where the company is found at fault, liability is limited to the replacement cost of the item or a refund, at the company’s discretion.  

Unclaimed Items 

Garments left unclaimed will be held for a maximum of 30 days from the date of service completion. After this period, Sock It To Me Laundry reserves the right to dispose of or donate such items without further notice.  

Privacy and Data Protection

Sock It To Me Laundry is committed to safeguarding your privacy. Any personal information collected during service transactions will remain confidential and will not be shared or sold to third parties, except as required by law.  

Modifications

Sock It To Me Laundry reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions without prior notice. Customers are encouraged to review this notice periodically to stay informed.
